I hereby grant permission to Crissy Musick Photography for all photos taken for but not limited to print publication, social media, or all advertising methods chosen by Crissy Musick Photography. All photos used will be at the discretion of Crissy Musick Photography and own all copyrights.

All photos shown to clients are at the discretion of Crissy Musick Photography. We will select the images we feel best enhance you for viewing.

I agree to adhere to all copyright laws enforced by the Federal Government. This includes replication, duplication, scanning or reproducing of any kind.

I agree to all terms as stated on the website or literature regarding deposits/payments/requirements/guidelines. This is a nonrefundable process, no refunds. Mini Sessions or Specials cannot be rescheduled for another date/time. Regular Portraits/Seniors can be rescheduled 72 hours in advance and their deposit will apply. After 48, 24 hours rescheduling fees apply. We consider 15 minutes late for an appointment as a "no show" for your appointment.

I agree to inform Crissy Musick Photography of any errors within 3 days of pick up. After 3 days your items/package will be considered complete “as is”.  

In the event of an Act of Nature or God, family death, death, accident, hospitalization that prohibits Crissy Musick Photography from performing/completing I agree to release Crissy Musick Photography from any legal liability.
